Of course, that sounds quite normal right? but what do we really mean by that?
Carefully packed guarantee means:
- You will always receive a digital packing slip with your order;
- Empty spaces in the packaging are always filled to prevent damage;
- All items are firmly packed and fragile items are given extra protection, e.g. with a breakable label on the packaging;
- We try to use as little unnecessary packaging with each item as possible.
Our goal is that all our customers are happy with the package they receive. In doing so, we find it extremely important to deliver quickly and well. Of course, something can always happen to the parcel/envelope during the shipping process that results in damage through no fault of our own. With the right packaging, we try to prevent this as much as possible.
